I know from previous experience of building that the whole home building process can really be very stressful and difficult. Both Scott and you were very patient, honest and fair throughout the whole 7-8 month process. It was very apparent from the start that you were more concerned about making sure I was happy with my home than trying to make a “quick buck” on change orders which in my opinion is very uncommon in the Homebuilding Industry. By you choosing to put the homeowner first you are destine for success and wish you nothing but the best.

From the outset there are always easy access to you There-were times when we spoke with your frequently throughout the day. You were always accessible, and if not immediately available, our calls were returned promptly. This level of customer service continued after the home was completed and when we worked with Scott to complete the punch list. Scott's expertise, communication and follow through made the whole "punch list" process easy for us.

Throughout the past year, we have developed deep respect for your honesty and leadership, for your company truly reflects you.
